The grapes come from a 28-year-old trellised vineyard cultivated according to organic farming practices. Harvest takes place towards the end of September, once the grapes have reached their optimal phenolic ripeness. The fruit is hand-picked and carefully transported in small crates to preserve its quality.
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are cooled to 10°C in a refrigerated chamber. The free-run juice is obtained through gentle pneumatic pressing, accompanied by a light skin maceration that enhances the fruity aromas characteristic of this wine.
Pale pink in colour with delicate salmon reflections. The nose reveals aromas of sweet red fruits, particularly cherries and raspberries.
On the palate, it is light, balanced and refreshing, with a pleasant freshness that makes it highly enjoyable and versatile.
An ideal wine to enjoy as an aperitif. It also pairs beautifully with dishes such as Bacalao al Pil Pil, grilled vegetables and barbecued meats.
Best served between 6°C and 9°C. Store in a cool, dry place.
