52-year-old bush-trained vineyard located in the Costers d’Ordal area (Subirats), cultivated following organic farming practices.
The grapes are hand-harvested in small 20 kg crates. Upon arrival at the winery, a second selection is carried out and the grapes are cooled to 10°C in a refrigerated chamber.
Fermentation takes place in chestnut and French oak barrels. The wine remains on its lees for six months, undergoing regular bâtonnage at the winery’s natural cellar temperature.
Pale yellow in colour with golden highlights. The nose is intense and fruity, dominated by aromas of ripe banana. On the palate, it is creamy and well-balanced, with the oak perfectly integrated. The finish is long and elegant, revealing notes of vanilla and ripe plum.
An excellent wine to accompany flavourful dishes such as Bacalao a la Vizcaína (Basque-style cod) or slow-cooked chicken. We also encourage you to discover your own perfect pairing.
Best served between 8°C and 12°C. Store in a cool, dry place.
