The harvest of the organically grown grapes begins at the end of September. The grapes are hand-picked and transported in small 20 kg crates to preserve their quality.
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are cooled to 10°C in a refrigerated chamber. They are processed at low temperatures to enhance the wine’s quality, undergoing skin maceration followed by gentle pressing. Careful clarification of the must is then carried out to obtain a clean and expressive free-run juice.
Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains until bottling, preserving its freshness and varietal character.
Bright yellow in colour with straw-hued reflections. The nose is highly expressive, offering pleasant floral aromas.
On the palate, the wine is fresh and fruity, with notes of green banana and freshly cut grass. Its long persistence lingers elegantly, inviting another sip.
A wine designed to be savoured and enjoyed in good company. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light dishes based on fish, seafood, pasta, rice, white meats or salmon.
It also complements a wide variety of dishes, allowing each wine lover to discover their own ideal pairing.
Best served between 6°C and 9°C. Store in a cool, dry place.
